Refund Policy

Every order is discussed and confirmed directly over WhatsApp before any payment is made, so our refund policy is intentionally narrow.

We refund when:

• The product arrives damaged in transit
• We mistakenly send the wrong product

We don't refund for:

• Change of mind after ordering
• Natural variation in hand-painted work compared to reference photos
• Size or color chosen incorrectly by the customer
• Delivery delays once India Post has the shipment
